Job Description

• Excellent skills with data visualization tools and BI platforms such as Zoho, PowerBI, Tableau.
• Ability to write SQL, API s, JS, CSS, HTML, Python and R.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Understanding of data science principles, statistical analysis and market research techniques or methodologies.
• Ability to develop an understanding of Community Engagement principles and methodologies.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, work constructively with stakeholders, work with limited supervision.
• Ability to be flexible in a changing work environment and to work well under pressure
• Consistently manage, perform and scope against simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience and/or enthusiasm for working with government. Passionate about public service, citizen engagement and all things digital

Requirements

• Modelled commitment to company values and commitment to promoting and developing internal and external knowledge around data collection and reporting best-practices
• Provide project scoping and advice on best approaches to reporting and data practices
• Is proactive in developing new reporting products or services that are useful to clients working in digital community engagement that are repeatable and scalable across the business
• Driving revenue growth through the creation and adoption of reporting services and products
• Working with internal stakeholders to develop reporting services that demonstrate the robustness of EngagementHQ.
• Develop high-quality interactive custom reporting dashboards for EngagementHQ clients to enable them to better analyze their community engagement data
• To grow revenue from eIQ Services through custom reporting products.

Experience: More than 4+ years of experience as a data analytics
